RETURNS & WARRANTY
We offer a 7 Day return policy if the item does not meet with your satisfaction when you receive it.
In this case, you will be responsible for safe return of the item, at your cost. Items must be unopened, unused with all original packaging in the same condition it was dispatched.
All postage and packing costs are non-refundable. When returning any items to us, we advise you to retain proof of postage, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as any items that do not arrive back to us cannot be dealt with. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item in the condition detailed above.
If an item is returned outside the 7 Day return policy, we reserve the right to administer a restocking fee of 20% of the selling price.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us on 0333 3446 555 or email us on email@example.com before returning the item to us. You must inspect items within 24 hours of receiving them.
Our customer service team will talk you through some steps to see if your issue can be resolved over the phone/email before taking further action.
We will provide you with our returns address and returns instructions.
Any postage refunds that may apply will be for a basic 2nd class Royal Mail service and the amount will be at our discretion.
BATTERIES CHARGERS & MODS
We offer a one month warranty from the date you recieve the item. This covers manufacturer defects. We will replace the item or offer an alternative if we cannot repair it. If we discover the item has been damaged (accidental or otherwise) and not used in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines, we have the right to refuse a refund and you will have to pay for postage to retrive your item.
Dead On Arrival (DOA). You must inspect and notify us within 24 hours of any issues related to these items. This also includes any items in multi pack (eg, 5 pack of Coils).
E-LIQUIDS & CARTRIDGES
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for eliquid bottles and cartridges that have been used or where the seal is broken.
If you wish to return unopened e-liquid or cartridges for any reason, you will be responsible for safe return of the item, at your cost, with all original packaging in the same condition it was dispatched.
Taste is subjective. We cannot refund any purchases should you not like the flavour or strength purchased. We therefore advise that you first buy 1 bottle of flavour or strength before commiting to a larger order.
All accesories (not including electronic/cotton/cleaning kits) have a 30 day returns policy. If you wish to return unopened products in this range for any reason, you will be responsible for safe return of the item, at your cost, with all original packaging in the same condition it was dispatched.
Warranties starts from the day you received your item and does not cover for any replacements parts you may have had from us.
You must report any issues as soon as they occur. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
Returns will only be processed for items bought directly from nykecigs.com and reported within the warranty period.
